Yoga ashtanga base
Recommended for: anyone who wants to enjoy a challenging and rewarding activity!
Our courses are designed for those new to this fantastic discipline or those who want to review the basics. The teacher leads the class by creating a constant flow of movements, ensuring the asanas (positions) are performed correctly and, when necessary, indicating appropriate variations for each individual.
For those who want to approach Yoga through the expert guidance of a qualified teacher, always available to listen to individual needs.

Advanced Ashtanga Yoga (Mysore style)
Recommended for: anyone who wants to enjoy a challenging and rewarding activity!
Our courses are dedicated to students who already know the discipline and have learned the positions in the various sequences, which are fixed and always repeatable.
In advanced Yoga, each individual student practices following their own personal rhythm and breathing, while continuing to enjoy the presence and energy of their companions.
In these courses, the teacher's attention is focused on correcting each individual student, intervening with physical or verbal instructions, aligning or modifying their posture, emphasizing their breathing, encouraging and possibly adding new "asanas" when the previous one is stable and comfortable.
To participate in advanced Yoga courses, it is always best to ask and speak with the teacher first.

Hatha Yoga
Recommended for: anyone who wants to approach the wonderful world of yoga gradually and enjoy some time dedicated to meditation and relaxation.
Hatha Yoga aims to achieve psycho-physical balance: it focuses on breathing, increasing vitality, strength, and concentration. It is the type of yoga closest to the Indian tradition and is the oldest.
Hatha Yoga classes are characterized by a gradual practice, with simple poses performed at a slow pace and with gentle movements, then increasing in intensity as practitioners progress. The session usually concludes with guided relaxation and meditation techniques (which students love!)
Perfect for those who want to embrace a discipline that is both movement and philosophy.
